Supplying information on real estate transaction prices, etc.
Recently, people who want to buy real estate and investors require detailed and wide-ranging information on land, to utilize it in making decisions concerning transactions. To meet these needs, it is necessary to gather and supply more information on land.
However, the real estate market for land in Japan is sometimes said to be less transparent, in view of the quantity and quality of information. This flaw is considered to hinder active transactions.
So, we have investigated transaction prices and other figures with the cooperation of parties to real-estate transactions since 2005. The results are utilized to evaluate the land prices in the public notice, and at the same time, we began offering information of transaction prices and others through the Land General Information System on April , 2006, while making necessary arrangements to prevent the respective lands from being identified.
